Traveling along Route 66, the historical highway that helped shape the current United States, it took me a month to complete the route in its entirety. With my dog as my companion, I drove the 2,448 miles as a challenge to myself to document what I found on the road in between tourist spots, focusing on areas that are still inhabited and places that once were.
